A little about me
Hi, I'm Abby.
I’m a certified mat Pilates instructor, trained through Body Harmonics. I grew up in Prince Edward County, and while I live in Toronto now, I’m back in the County on plenty of weekends throughout the year. I’d love to help make yours a little more fun. I’ll bring the class and the playlist, you just bring your mats and your girlfriends!
